Praise the Lord--babies are doing well and cervix is still thick and long! No bedrest yet!!! All the babies are very active and were fun to watch on the screen. Parker actually has his little booty in the air and Katelyn yawned 3 times while we were watching and stuck her fingers in her mouth! 2 pictures actually captured this...hopefully you can tell. Iron is still very low but a little better than last time, so we are sticking with the same regimen with the iron and folic acid combined. I've gained 23 lbs. officially but still have very little belly! I go to the perinatologist next week and back to my regular OB the following week. The doctor will give me my Rhogam shot since I have O-blood and steroid injections to help develop the babies lungs more quickly should they decide to come out early soon! We cherish your prayers for continued health and safety of myself and the babies and appropriate growth and development of the babies so much! Pictures: 1st one...Parker with his booty in the air and legs and feet hanging over his head; 2nd one...Cameron; 3rd one...Katelyn--look in the middle where there is some black on her face...that is actually her open mouth with her sticking her fingers in it! Wow!

Belly at 23 Weeks!
Last Seelye Christmas Family of 3!!!!
We had a wonderful Christmas with the Pederson's and Seelye's, and Savannah enjoyed her first Christmas morning at home discovering Santa Claus. She was amazed that Santa ate the cookies she put out and all of the apple juice! She kept saying, "We need to put more out for Santa tomorrow!" She loved her new Thomas the Tank choo-choo train under the tree along with baby dolls, a doll house, Little People Zoo, Play-Doh table, books, clothes, purse, etc. from grandparents and aunts and uncles. This is our last Christmas together as our little family of 3! I'm sure it will be wild and crazy next year with babies, babies everywhere!

Mary at Church...aka...Savannah!
Savannah was Baby Jesus' mother, Mary, at church this morning for the kids play. She was so proud and did so well. We love our little "Mary" so much! Also, enjoy a picture of Savannah in front of our tree before church and with me...yes, we are in the bathroom and that is a toilet behind us! Hey, you take pictures whenever and wherever you can get them with a 2 year old!!!!

Wreck Update!
We finally received the 4 page police report yesterday afternoon and have proceeded with our insurance carrier, State Farm, to go ahead and get the check from them for my car. They will subrogate with the at-fault driver's insurance company for losses. There were 4 cars involved in this accident...wow! Found out that the at-fault driver was indeed a 56 year old lady in a silver Buick Century who not only pulled in front of me in the HOV lane but then hit 2 more cars sending several of us to the hospital and 3 cars were towed! What in the world was she thinking? Now it will be a long process getting things started with this insurance company and then getting all of the impending medical expenses paid for in the next several months. We're down to 1 vehicle now, but thank the Lord that he protected us and everything is and will be okay!

Car Update!
Still no accident report or contact with the other driver, so everything is on hold for now. State Farm, my insurance, called me today, and they have estimated my car to be a total loss. Just waiting now for the police report and other driver information to pursue claim with their insurance...if they have any!!!!! We'll keep you posted!
Baby Update!
Went to the Perinatologist again this afternoon and everything and everyone looks great. Amniotic fluid, placentas, cervix all look good. Cameron weighs 1 lb 2 oz., Parker is 1 lb, and Katelyn is 1 lb. 1 oz. All 3 babies are growing appropriately, and the doctor is pleased with everything. He has reminded me to lay down or recline as much as possible. Oh boy! Another thing...I asked the doctor about having my car accident a few more weeks into my pregnancy and the impact on the babies, and he said...."It would have been catastrophic...you would have lost your babies!" God is so good to protect me, Savannah, and these precious babies! Wow!

Dental Trauma!
Savannah visited Dr. Hunter in Allen today for x-rays and an exam for her lower teeth trauma from the accident last week. Thankfully, she only had 1 loose tooth and x-rays didn't show any major damage. Now we just wait and see what happens. We go back for a followup visit at the end of January and hopefully that tooth will have tightened up. They also re-xrayed her top teeth from her sippy cup trauma this past summer and everything looks really good with them. Praise the Lord Savannah seems to be doing well!

Wreck Update!
Praise the Lord that Savannah, the babies, and me are all doing okay today. Savannah is still with grandparents in Arlington and will most likely come home tomorrow. She is doing fine....the bruises and burns on her neck are better but her teeth appear to be hurting her. I have a dentist appt. for her on Mon. morning. Apparently, she is having trouble biting....Nana is breaking things into pieces and she is able to eat them. She is happy and seems to be unaffected by yesterday's trauma. All 3 babies are doing well, strong heartbeats, actively moving, long cervix, and good amniotic fluid. My iron is the lowest it's ever been, so the doctor is very concerned about my anemia. I am going to try different medication with folic acid and iron mixed, prenatal, and 1 extra iron pill per day to see if this will help. That explains why I have just been so tired. I will begin weekly monitoring now through delivery alternating weeks between my OB and Perinatologist. They want to check the babies and my cervix weekly. Wow! My nose is still swollen and very sore, burn still hurts on my left hand, and every part of my body is soooo sore...especially my neck, but I'm okay. My car was towed to Nissan's body shop in Rockwall, so we made the trip out there today to recover all the items from my car and take pictures. Wow! Jesus and His angel were definitely in charge yesterday and watching over us. We are so eternally grateful for His grace and protection. Haven't heard from anybody's insurance yet and the copy of my police report is still unavailable. What a mess! Enjoy a picture of my car and of precious Parker from this morning!

Perinatologist Visit!
I went back to the Perinatologist this morning for him to measure and check on the babies and my cervix. Good news....all 3 babies are growing appropriately and cervix is good and long. Cameron is the largest at 15 ounces followed by Parker and Katelyn at 13 ounces each. Cameron is head down and Parker and Katelyn are both breech at this point. Amniotic fluid on all 3 is great, and the doctor still thinks the boys are identical with the thin membrane that separates them. Cervix measured 4.2 mm and looks good. The doctor has not put me on bedrest but on decreased activity. He wants me to get help with Savannah and stay on the couch as much as possible. This is because the more I stand and am active, the more weight the 3 babies push on my cervix and stitch which could cause the cervix to thin and begin pre-term labor. The next 8 weeks are very critical. He explained to me that at 24 weeks, the babies have a 48% chance of normal survival outside the womb and at 28 weeks, they have a 98% chance of survival. So, he wants me to rest to give these babies the best opportunity possible to stay in there as long as possible. So, I guess Savannah and I will be home a lot more in the coming weeks. Please continue to pray for the health and safety of the babies and for them to continue growing inside the womb without pre-term labor. Enjoy some pictures from today-- first one is Katelyn, then Parker, then Cameron.

Gingerbread House
Savannah had 3 friends over this morning to make gingerbread houses, play, and eat lunch. A good time was had by all! The mommies had to put the houses together, and believe me, this was some task, and then the kids helped put the candies on the houses. Enjoy a few silly pictures of Savannah and her house.

Maddox's Birthday Party!
Enjoy a few goofy pictures of Savannah at her cousin, Maddox's, 5th birthday party today. She enjoyed jumping in the bounce house and having freedom to run around. Happy 5th Birthday, Maddox!
Also, just wanted to share with everyone that we were asked by our church to give our testimony this past Sunday and all went well, and I didn't die of fear! We had a Thanksgiving service so they asked us to talk about what we were thankful for...of course, it gave me a chance to share our story of infertility and triplets! Thanks to Gram for coming to give moral support!
No Bedrest Yet!
I went back to the doctor today and received great news! The babies were all doing fine, very active with strong heartbeats, my cervix had actually elongated a little bit and had not gotten shorter, and my iron was up a bit, but still low. So, no bedrest for at least 2 more weeks! I didn't receive new pictures today. I will go back to the doctor on Dec. 10 for another checkup and sono. I am going back to the perinatologist, Dr. Albert, next Fri., Dec. 5th for him to do another level II sono to measure the growth of the babies to make sure they are still growing on track. We wish everyone a very Happy Thanksgiving and keep those prayers coming!

Bye-Bye Eye Stint!
Today Savannah went back to the Pediatric Opthamologist in Plano and had her eye stint taken out that was surgically placed in her left eye 5 months ago. Mommy couldn't look! They basically put her in a velcro straight jacket so she couldn't move, and the nurse held her while the doctor worked. I stood down at the end and held her feet. It was just plain awful! She cried and said "Mama in her sad voice" and I reassurred her that I was there. He said her left eye, the one with the stint, looked great and clear. However, we've still had a lot of trouble with both eyes watering and running like faucets some days. The ENT doctor and eye doctor conferred that it is a mechanical tear duct problem and not allergies. The eye doctor today basically roto-rootered her right eye and said it was very narrow and blocked. He said this little procedure today had a 50/50 chance of working. If not, we will have to do a stint in her right eye later as well. Ugh! After a bloody nose and eye, Savannah seems just fine.

Good News...Bad News!
I had my bi-weekly appointment with Dr. Herzog today. The good news is that all 3 babies are great with strong heartbeats, and lots of movement. Baby A, aka Cameron, kicked my cervix while we watched and was very active. He is feet first, Parker is head down, and Katelyn is diagonal with feet first. I was very relieved that all 3 are still doing so well. The bad news is that my iron is very low even with taking 2 pills per day, so they are increasing it to 3 a day. The babies are just sucking the life right out of me! The other bad news is my cervix is changing and shortening quite rapidly. This translates into potential bedrest and maybe soon. I go back to the doctor on Tues., Nov. 25th, and Dr. Herzog will make the decision then to put me on bedrest for the rest of my pregnancy or not. Please continue to pray for the health and growth of the babies and also for my cervix to remain unchanged so that I can continue to resume normal activities with my family.

It's Official.....Baby Names!
We've decided on the names of our babies. Who knew we would have to choose 3 at one time! Nonetheless, it's been exciting! Now I won't have to call them Baby A, Baby B, and Baby C any more. Baby A is Cameron Austin, Baby B is Parker Ryan, and Baby C is Katelyn Michelle. Hope everyone likes them! If not, don't tell us!!!!!!!

Battle of the Sexes...Bumble Bee's it is!
Well, it's 100% official. Babies A & B are boys and Baby C is a girl!!! The nursery will be done in bumble bee's. We are so thrilled with the news of having 2 boys and 2 girls in our growing family of 6. The Lord is truly blessing us. Praise the Lord that all 3 babies looked perfect and were measuring 16 weeks, which is what I am, and totally on track growth wise. Babies A & C are 6 ounces and Baby B is 4 ounces. The perinatologist concurred with the sono tech from Dr. Herzog's office that it is very likely that the boys are identical. We won't know for sure until they are born with their appearance and confirmed with blood tests. I guess we may need that Sharpie marker after all!!!! The doctor checked the brain hemispheres, heart chambers, kidneys, lungs, bones, limbs, etc. on all 3 babies. It was just plain awesome to see what the Lord has created inside of me--total miracles! Yesterday and today, I have felt "fluttering" on my left side and thought it might be the babies. I'm pretty sure now that it is because the boys are on my left and our girl is on the right side. Those boys are active and kicking me already! I will go back to Dr. Herzog next Thurs. for another visit and sono. Also, my cervix looked great. That is really important, because the minute it changes, it's possible bedrest or hospitalization for me! Names are still undecided, but we should know soon and will let everyone know. Shawn and I are rejoicing in God's goodness and mercy with this great news. Please continue to pray for my health as well as the health and growth of the babies.

Clifford...the Big, Red Dog!!!
Savannah had a great time tonight dressed as Clifford. She participated in a trunk or treat at Allen Heights Baptist Church and got candy, jumped in a bounce house, and recited her Bible verse from Awana's "God Made Everything" for lots of people. She also visited Granny and got more candy and played games. We've also discovered that she loves Skittles! Clifford is now sleeping soundly in her ladybug big girl bed!!!!!
Savannah is a Big Sister to Be!
This is my first post as I am trying to set up a blog on my own, and I have no idea what I'm doing. We found out yesterday that Savannah is going to have at least 2 brothers. Baby C is still unknown, but we hope to find out next week. Savannah clapped and said "yea" when we told her about the boys! I'm sure she really has no idea what we were telling her, and will probably want to send the babies back once they arrive and change her life forever!!!!!
